RE: iStick 30W – heat displacement issues It’s probably heat from the atty, the aluminium body transfers heat so quickly the whole thing will feel hot. I get it my DNAs sometimes when I vape hard or even steam clean a genny, the difference is I can flick the cover off and feel the battery is cool.

Feels like an iStick, buttons rattle like my iStick 30W, but the vape is very nice. Lots of flavor, decent cloud (500 degrees on a .15 coil running 50/50 blend). I only filled the tank up enough to go just a little above the holes in the coil to see how it handles running out of liquid and to see if I get a dry hit.
Yeah I would go for one of those. I have the Istick 50 myself and I think it is a cool, reliable piece of kit. I never Vape above 30w though as its just to warm. I have heard good things about the Smok 80 though. I have its little baby brother the Smok 22 and ive had no problems with it. Maybe check out some reviews on Youtube.
