29 Nov 2012 I tried switching to D MF mode and use the ring to focus for a macro shot, and unless I am doing something wrong, manual focusing on RX100
DMF: The RX100 Mark 3 focuses on your subject and allows you to fine tune your focus area further using the manual focus ring on the lens. When focussing manually or in DMF mode, you can set the camera to magnify a part of the screen so you can check focus.
