I posted this Neewer NW-985N speedlight review at Review of the Neewer NW985N Speedlight It is an inexpensive flash ($65 Amazon), fully powered, fully featured, even HSS and Commander Remote. My opinion is its HSS does not work, and Remote mode with TTL Commander is a couple of stops deficient in power somehow (Manual flash works fine).

I have been looking into getting a flash unit, but know nothing about them. I have been looking at this one, the Neewer NW-985C E-TTL. Has anyone got any feed back on this one? That’s as good a starting place as any for a way low price. The Neewer is manufactured by Godox, which has been around for some time.
